Prairie Artisan Ales Pink Guava Funk

This is a 6.3% ABV sour ale with pink guava.  It is from Prairie Artisan Ales of Oklahoma. Prairie are tenant brewers, they do not have their own brewery, but go and brew themselves at other's facilities, which from every bottle I have seen is the Krebs Brewing Company in Krebs, Oklahoma.

The beer pours a clear golden in color. There is a short, fizzy, and short-lived head of white foam. The aroma is funky, leathery, floral, and big, big, ripe guava. The taste follows the aromas, funky and guava, just like the name says, with a tart and dry finish. The beer is light to medium in body, with very fine carbonation.
