Samuel Smith Organic Strawberry Ale

This ale brewed with strawberry juice is from the Samuel Smith Old Brewery Tadcaster in Yorkshire, England. 

The beer pours a lightly hazed light amber with orange tints. There is an inch of off-white head. The aroma is strawberries and strawberry jam. The taste is sweet and tangy strawberry, with just a hint of light ale as the delivery system. It is almost toast with strawberry jam. There is definite fruit sweetness, some tartness, and a lightly bitter finish. The beer drinks with a medium body and moderate carbonation.
