Odell Sippin' Pretty Fruited Sour

The Odell Brewing Company is in Fort Collins, Colorado. This 4.5% ABV sour ale is brewed with acai, guava, elderberry, and Himalayan pink salt.

The beer pours a hazy purple and dark pink. There is a tall head of purplish-pink that fades quickly away. The aroma is a blast of tart and fruit, lots of guava, like a tropical cocktail. The taste is fruity, tropical, tart, bitter, and sweet, all at once. The body is smooth, but there is refreshing carbonation as well. I wasn't sure what to expect from this one, but it is very tasty.
