New Belgium Brut IPA

This 6.7% ABV brut style India Pale Ale is from New Belgium Brewing of Fort Collins, Colorado.  Even as everyone is still brewing a New England style IPA, quickly many brewers are now putting out a Brut style, the latest craze.

The beer pours a crystal clear light golden in color. There is a relatively short white head. The aroma is dank, musky, earthy. The taste is dank, dank, this is definitely from Colorado. The finish is very dry and fairly bitter. The beer drinks crisp and refreshing, easy to drink.
