Odell Single Hop IPA: Mosaic

The Odell Brewing Company is in Fort Collins, Colorado. This 6.5% ABV India Pale Ale is part of a single hop series, this one featuring the Mosaic hop. 

The beer pours a sparkling, yet deep, golden in color. There is over an inch of thick, white, foam head. The aroma is tropical and musky dank, mango skin, passion fruit, guava, citrus. The taste follows the aromas, fruity and earthy. The beer drinks very soft and smooth, with light carbonation, and low to moderate bitterness on the finish. This is a very enjoyable feature of the Mosaic hop.
