The beer pours a bright amber and
copper with an orange tint. There is a half inch of light tan head.
The aroma is malty, rich caramel, with just a touch of nuttiness. The
taste follows the aromas, malty, caramel, nutty, rich. There is
sweetness in the malt, but enough hops to come to a dry and
moderately bitter finish. The beer drinks easy, smooth and soft, with
light carbonation. This is delicious.
