The beer pours a very clear dark copper
and amber. There is an inch of very light tan head. The aroma is very
spiced, with sweet pumpkin bread notes. The taste is pumpkin bread
and spices, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon. The finish is moderately
bitter. The beer drinks with a moderately intense carbonation. Most
pumpkin beers are just spiced ales, I like better like the ones that
are more balanced, lots of pumpkin, and not so heavy on the spices.
