Big Grove Boomtown Premium Beer

This 4.5% ABV beer is from the Big Grove Brewery of Solon and Iowa City, Iowa. 

The beer pours a very clear light golden. There is a half-inch of white head, not particularly long lasting. The aroma is bread dough, french bread crust, with light floral/citrus. The taste follows the aromas, mild, bread notes, with just a bit of grassy hops to bitter the finish lightly. The beer drinks easy, yet crisply carbonated. This is a chugger.
