Firetrucker Copper Cat

This 6.5% ABV ginger-lime Moscow Mule brew is from the Firetrucker Brewery of Ankeny, Iowa. They are located in a former fire station, and thus the theme of their brewery and beer names. 

The beer pours a lightly hazed champagne in color. There is no head. It is lightly carbonated. The aroma is moderately strong ginger and lime, in nice balance. The taste follows the aromas, ginger and lime in a quick parrying sword fight (I actually get just a bit more lime than ginger), with a bit of apparent alcohol on the finish. It might be interesting to put a splash of whiskey in here and see how that tastes.
