The beer pours the color of champagne
and highly carbonated. There is no head. The aroma is a pleasant
tingling of ginger, both of the ginger ale variety, but also of the
more intense and spicy ginger beer variety. The taste follows the
aromas, a well-gingered, but not too strong, ginger beer. There is
some spice and heat, but it stays with a pleasant, almost citrusy
kick in the background. It drinks crisply carbonated and refreshing.
There is a slow burning heat that builds up by the finish.
