Samuel Adams New England IPA

The Samuel Adams line of beers are from the Boston Brewing Company of Boston, Massachusetts. This is their 6.8% ABV take on the current rage, the New England style hazy Indian pale ale.

The beer pours a very hazy orange golden. There is a tall, creamy, soft, white to off white head. The aroma is bright, citrusy, juicy, with notes of pineapple, and light guava. The taste follows the aromas, very fruity and tropical. The finish is dry and moderately bitter. The beer drinks silky smooth and soft, with moderately crisp carbonation coming in on the finish. I don't usually like Sam Adam's IPA's, but this is tasty and very well executed.
