Sierra Nevada Hop Bullet Double IPA

This 8.0% double India Pale Ale is a new spring seasonal from the Sierra Nevada Brewing of Chico, California. They use not only hops, but lupulin (hop) dust in making the beer.

The beer pours a dark golden in color. There is a half-inch of white foam head. The aroma is citrus, orange, tangerine, and pine. The taste follows the aromas note for note. The finish is dry and moderately bitter. The beer drinks smooth, round, and soft, but with tingles of carbonation.
