Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA

This 6.7% ABV India Pale Ale is from the Sierra Nevada Brewing of Chico, California. Everyone is coming out with a hazy New England IPA these days.

The beer pours a hazy golden and apricot. There is a half-inch of thick, foaming white head. The aroma is bright, citrusy, pineapple. The taste follows the aromas, a blast of citrus hops, with light tropical, over a crackery malt. The finish is dry with relatively light bitterness. The beer drinks smooth and easy, with tingling carbonation. They have an enjoyable little beer here.
