Toppling Goliath Supa' Sumo

The Toppling Goliath Brewing Company is in Decorah, Iowa. They do great things with beer. This double India Pale Ale is newly bottled by them.

The beer pours cloudy, the color of dark orange juice. There is a tall head of thick, white foam. The aroma is a fresh blast of ripe tropical fruit, guava and mango, earthy and musky, mango skins and passion fruit peels, with orange and tangerine citrus. The taste follows the aromas, drinking a ripe tropical fruit market blended together while someone smokes dank weed nearby. The finish is dry, with moderate to strong bitterness. The beer drinks smooth, with a full, round body, and soft tingles of carbonation. This is good, this is damn good.
