New Belgium Fat Tire Belgian White

This 5.2% ABV Belgian White style beer brewed with Seville orange peel and freshly ground coriander is from New Belgium Brewing of Fort Collins, Colorado. It is a special release take under their Fat Tire brand. 

The beer pours a hazy lemon and straw yellow. There is a relatively short head of white foam that leaves a curtain of lacing down the glass. The aroma is citrus, some tartness, toasted wheat, with light spices. The taste is toasted wheat, light orange fruit, with the coriander coming through more in the taste than it did in the aroma. The beer drinks easy and smooth, with soft, fine carbonation.
