The beer pours a hazy amber,
brown-red-copper, with a large, billowing head of light tan foam.
The head does not last particularly long. The aroma is spicy, yeasty,
herbal, floral, with some underlying caramel malt. The taste follows
the aromas, spicy and with a lot of yeast notes. The finish is ultra
dry and quite bitter. The beer is quite carbonated.
