Tallgrass Raspberry Jam

This 4.3% ABV sour berliner weisse brewed with raspberries is from the Tallgrass Brewing Company of Manhattan, Kansas. 

The beer pours a dark honey golden, just a tint of orange. There is a tall head of white that fizzes rapidly away. The aroma is tart, with a blast of raspberry. The taste is wickedly sour and tart, with underlying raspberry fruit. The finish is dry, nearly vinegary in its tartness. The beer is medium bodied with fine, tight carbonation.
