White Elm Rollo Pale Wheat

This 5.5% ABV brewed with white wheat is from the White Elm Brewing Company of Lincoln, Nebraska. 

The beer pours a cloudy dark orange. There is a large, foaming, bubbling head of white to off-white. The aroma is tangy citrus, toasted wheat, fruity yeast. The taste follows the aromas, hitting the same notes, drinking bright and clean. The finish is dry with almost no bitterness. The beer drinks with a vigorous, tight carbonation.
