Brickway IPL

This 5.5% ABV India Pale Lager is from the Brickway Brewery (and Distillery) of Omaha, Nebraska.

The beer pours a hazy orange amber in color. There is nearly an inch of light tan foamy head that leaves layers of lacing on the glass. The aroma is bright, citrusy, over a caramel malt. The taste follows the aromas, malty, citrus, with a touch of vintage bubble gum flavor. The finish is quite dry and fairly bitter. The beer drinks both smooth and carbonated.
