Alpine Duet IPA

This 7.0% ABV India Pale Ale is brewed in Alpine, California by the Alpine Beer Company. "Drink Alpine Ale or Go To Bed!" The "duet" in this beer is Amarillo and Simcoe hops.

The beer pours a light and sparkling copper in color. There is nearly an inch of off-white head. The aroma is citrus, oranges, light, earthy floral, with a touch of honey sweetened malt. The taste follows the aromas, citrus, lots of orange, on a solid bed of malt, along with herbal, floral notes. The finish is dry with moderate to strong bitterness.
