Bosco's Bombay IPA

This India Pale Ale is from Bosco's Brewing of Memphis, Tennessee.  They are a brewpub. A friend with a plane had to fly to Memphis and he brought me back some brews.

The beer pours a reddish copper in color. There is little to no head. The aroma is mild, malty with a spicy rye bread note, very light fruit. The taste is the reverse of the aroma, very fruity, in a cherry/strawberry type of way, then spicy rye bread, with a very bitter finish. The beer drinks soft and easy, with a mild carbonation.
