The beer pours a clear, pure golden in
color. There is over an inch of thick, white foam, relatively
long-lasting. The aroma is grassy, a touch of honey, a touch floral,
and sweet bread. The taste follows the aromas, grassy, floral, and
honey sweet bread. There is that note of sweetness, but the finish is
dry, crisp, and moderately bitter. The beer drinks easy, with
refreshing, stinging carbonation. This is one very, very nice
American pils.
