Central Waters Summarillo India Style Pale Lager

The beer pours a lightly hazy yellow and golden in color. There is an inch of white, densely foamy head. The aroma is floral and passion fruit. The taste follows the aromas, tons of floral, lots of passion fruit, honey sweetened bread dough, with a dry and moderately bitter finish. The beer drinks with a fizzy, stinging, carbonation.
