The beer pours a pale, yellow golden in color. There is
nearly an inch of foamy, bubbly, semi-fizzy, white head. The aroma is light
grain, somewhat sweet, yet tart apples, and very lightly grassy. The taste
follows the aromas, is mild, but with no off notes. There is a mild bitterness
on the finish. It is very crisp, with a stinging carbonation. Not much going on
here, but no wet cardboard, chemical or metallic notes that you all too often
find in this genre.
