The beer pours a hazy honey golden in color, tints of orange
and dried apricots. There is an inch of white foamy head, alternately bubbly
and somewhat creamy. The aroma is huge spices, loads of coriander, lemon,
tartness, peppery, toasted wheat. The taste follows the aromas, the main foils
being tartness and the loads of spices, it’s like Indian food meets Berliner
weisse. It finishes dry and tart, with a tight, tingling and refreshing fine
bottle-conditioned carbonation.
