The beer pours light copper, amber and dark golden in color.
There is a tall, thick, foamy head that is off-white. The aroma is grassy,
jasmine, lightly herbal, a bit of blueberry and light grape soda. The taste
follows the aromas quite directly, hitting all the same notes. The finish is
fairly bitter, a touch spicy, and very dry. It has a medium body and moderate
carbonation, drinking fairly refreshing.
This is a pretty unique IPA and quite delicious. This was a pretty exciting beer, I can't wait for the rest in the series.
