The beer pours light amber, dark honey golden in color with
a relatively short white to off-white head. The aroma is fruity, melons,
citrus, light tropical, touch of passion fruit. The taste follows the aromas,
over malt of crusty bread or biscuits, with a quite bitter finish, both dry and
astringent, like a grapefruit rind. It is crisply and refreshingly carbonated
over an easy drinking medium body. It is worth roping one of these session
IPA’s.
