O'Fallon Pumpkin Beer

The O'Fallon Brewery is in O'Fallon, Missouri. This beer is brewed with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. The beer pours copper and orange, ever so lightly hazy. There is nearly an inch of creamy off-white head. The aroma is pumpkin and spices, between liquid pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread. The taste is pumpkin, spices and roasted malt. Like the aroma, the flavor is between liquid pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread. A little light in the mouth, its wonderful flavors could do with a little more creaminess. One of the better pumpkin beer offerings out there (but no Pumking).
