Bohemia

Bohemia beer is from the Cervezeria Cuauhtemoc Moctezuma in Mexico.  The beer pours a pale golden yellow in color.  There is nearly an inch of pure white foam that dissipates fairly rapidly.  The aroma is golden grain, bitter hops, floral, a bit of straw.  The taste is golden grain, ever so slightly honey sweet, but followed immediately with a good amount of bitter hops, bitter flowers and straw.  It is well-carbonated and refreshing.  This is a nice pilsner-type lager.  No lime is needed here, Bohemia may be Mexico's best lager.

2019: I forgot I reviewed this and was putting together a new post.  Instead here's the new notes.
This pilsner style lager is from the Cerveceria Cuahtemoc Moctezuma in Monterrey, Mexico. It is 4.7% ABV.

The beer pours a deep yellow golden. There is nearly an inch of white foam head, not long lasting. The aroma is bready, touch of honey, toasted grain. The taste follows the aromas, grain, bread, honey, with a moderate grassy bitterness. The beer drinks crisp and refreshing with a medium body. Bohemia has always struck me as probably the most flavorful of the Mexican lagers.
