Toppling Goliath Sun Reaper DIPA

The Toppling Goliath Brewing Company is in Decorah, Iowa. This is a 7.7% ABV double India Pale Ale. 

The beer pours a very hazy, cloudy, juicy yellow and orange. There is over an inch of thick, foamy, white head. The aroma is big, juicy, citrus, pineapple, mango skin, passion fruit, tropical and musky. The taste follows the aromas, big, juicy, citrus, fruit skins, musky. The finish is fairly bitter, like biting a grapefruit rind. The beer drinks smooth, with a round body and soft carbonation.
