Surly Fall to Pieces Mosaic IPA

This 6.8% ABV Mosaic India Pale Ale is from the Surly Brewing Company of Brooklyn Center (and now Minneapolis), Minnesota. It was part of their latest seasonal mixed twelve pack.

The beer pours a deep golden with a tall head of white foam. The aroma is dankness, citrus, and light tropical. The taste follows the aromas, hitting the same notes. The finish is dry and moderately bitter. The beer drinks with a crisp carbonation, yet still smooth.
