Keg Creek Midwest Haze IPA

This is a 6.2% ABV India Pale Ale that is made with hemp seeds. The Keg Creek Brewing Company is in Glenwood, Iowa. The brewery is named after a nearby creek which was originally named Five Barrel Creek for the illicit whiskey found there in the mid-1800's.

The beer pours a very dark golden and burnt orange. There is a half-inch of white to off-white head. The aroma is citrus, apricot, and some dank and pine. The taste follows the aromas. The finish is quite bitter. The beer drinks smooth,with soft and tingling carbonation. This is solid.
