Founders Mas Agave

This 10.0% ABV Imperial lime gose brewed with agave and aged in tequila barrels is from Founders Brewing of Grand Rapids, Michigan. 

The beer pours a brownish dark orange color. There is a half-inch of white to off-white head, not particularly long-lasting. The aroma is bright, lime, tart gose, with light tequila. The taste follows the aromas, lime, Rose's lime juice type lime, tart, tequila, both sweet and tangy. The finish is tart, semi-dry, and moderately bitter. The beer has a full body, but not heavy. This is very tasty and enjoyable, the beer equivalent of a margarita on the rocks.
