SingleSpeed Jeremy and the Giant Peach Cobbler

This 4.9% ABV sour ale is from SingleSpeed Brewing of Cedar Falls and Waterloo, Iowa. It is brewed with peach, graham cracker, and cinnamon.

The beer pours a hazy and effervescent orange in color, one might even say the same shade of orange in peach flesh. There is a half inch head of white foam, not particularly long-lasting. The aroma is tart, peach, a bit of woody leather. The taste is tart, then fruity, some sweet of peach, with a mild graham cracker on the end. The finish is dry and tart. The beer drinks easy and effervescent. This is very pleasant.
