Church Street The Good, The Bad, and the Brewer

Church Street Brewing is from Itasca, Illinois. This is their 6.6% ABV brut IPA. It has a mild 22 IBU's. 

The beer pours golden with champagne-like effervescence. There is a tall head of raggedy white foam. If it is possible for an aroma to be dry, this is, along with some lemon and light dankness. The taste follows the aromas, mild citrus, very mild dankness. The finish is dry with almost no bitterness. The beer drinks easy, smooth, with lots of fine carbonation. Refreshing, but not a lot of flavor.
