Boulevard Easy Sport Recreation Ale

This is a 4.1% ABV ale brewed with tangerine peel and sea salt. It is from the Boulevard Brewing Company of Kansas City, Missouri.  There seems to be a new wave of activity recovery beers.

The beer pours golden in color. There is an inch of white foam head. The aroma is very light and mild, a bit of toasted grain and very light citrus. The taste follows the aromas, also quite light. The finish is mostly dry, citrus tang, and mild bitterness. The beer has a soft body, but still some refreshment in the carbonation.
