Budweiser Discovery Reserve American Red Lager

Another release in the Budweiser reserve series. They all seem like pretty much the same beer with different names.

This 5.0% ABV beer pours an amber-red, dark salmon pink in color. There is nearly an inch of light tan head that fizzes quickly away. The aroma is malty, sweet, caramel and fruit, I get strawberries. The taste follows the aromas, sweet and fruity, but with an incongruous very bitter finish, almost metallic. The beer drinks easy and smooth.
