The beer pours a deep, dark copper and
gem-like amber in color. There is an inch of light tan head. The
aroma is fruity, citrus, with a bit of blueberry and plum, over a
solid malty, caramel body. The taste follows the aromas, dueling malt
and hop fruit, followed by a blast of pine, with a fairly bitter
finish. The beer drinks with a crisp refreshment. It is kind of like
a double Sierra Nevada Pale Ale with a IPA bite on the finish. This is an enjoyable way to help a good cause. If you see it, pick it up.
