Exile Dankalope American IPA

This 6.8% ABV India Pale Ale is from the Exile Brewing Company  of Des Moines, Iowa. It is brewed with Chinook, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops.

The beer pours a clear dark golden. There is nearly an inch of white foam head. The aroma is dank, musky, pine, citrus and tropical. The taste is a beautifully balanced amalgam of all the different hop aromas. The finish is moderately bitter. The beer drinks refreshing, with a medium body and moderately crisp carbonation.
