Estrella Jalisco

Estrella Jalisco is a 4.5% ABV Mexican lager with its roots in Guadalajara, Mexico.

The beer pours a clear golden. There is an inch of white fizzy head, not long-lasting. The aroma is dusty grain, light straw, and a bit of green apple. The taste follows the aromas, a touch sweet, a touch apple tart, a touch chemical. The aroma seemed standard Mexican adjunct lager, the taste is a step lower. This drinks easy with crisp carbonation, but it does not taste very good.
