Uinta Lime Pilsner

This 5.3% ABV lime pilsner is from the Uinta Brewing Company of Salt Lake City, Utah. 

The beer pours a hazed light yellow and golden. There is a tall, thick yet fizzing, head of white foam. The aroma is a blast of lime juice, pulp, and zest, with toasted grain below. The taste follows the aroma, a blast of lime with just enough toasted grain body to hold it up. There is a moderate lime rind bitterness on the finish. The beer drinks with a bite of carbonation. Drink on a hot day when you need a lime shandy.
