Surly Sleek IPA

This 6.5% ABV India Pale Ale is from the Surly Brewing Company of Brooklyn Center (and now Minneapolis), Minnesota. 

The beer pours deep golden with a bit of orange tint. There is an inch of white head, quite fizzy. The aroma is bright and fruity, citrus, with a touch of tropical. The taste follows the aromas, adding in even more tropical, passion fruit and guava. The finish is dry, and quite bitter. The beer drinks soft and smooth, with light carbonation.
