The beer pours a deep amber, copper,
and burnt orange. There is a half-inch of light tan head that is not
long lasting. The aroma is fruity, plum, cherry, and other stone
fruits. There is also some caramel maltiness, and a bit of nut. The
taste follows the aromas, malty, fruit, nut, caramel, but with a very
dry, and fairly bitter finish. The beer drinks with a crisp and
refreshing carbonation. This is a very good amber ale.
