The beer pours dark gold with orange
tints. There is a short, thin head of white foam. The aroma is tart,
with some damp oxidized wood and light sherry. The bottle says aromas
of graham crackers, and I see where they are coming from. I get very
little cherry in the aroma. The taste follows the aromas, bright
tartness up front, then some cherry, fairly light, then the
woody/graham cracker, with a very dry finish. The beer drinks smooth,
not highly carbonated, but with still a tingle.
