Peace Tree Mile Long Lager

This 4.8% ABV lager is from the Peace Tree Brewing Company in Knoxville, Iowa (and now Des Moines). 

The beer pours golden with an orange tint. There is nearly an inch of white foam head. The aroma is straw, cracked grain, touch of honey, and bread. The taste follows the aromas, this is a well-flavored lager. The finish is dry with a relatively light, but still present, bitterness. The beer drinks easy, smooth, with tingling carbonation. This is a really great lager!
