Warped Roots Canned Chameleon Pale Ale (Pink)

The new Warped Roots beers are sold only at Hy-Vee stores, and are brewed in Verona, Wisconsin by Toppling Goliath Brewing of Decorah, Iowa. Every time the can changes color, it will be featuring a new hop. This one is "Pink," although it looks more purple to me.

The beer pours a hazy golden and apricot. There is a tall head of thick foam. The aroma is fruit, citrus, particularly oranges and tangerines, with an element of creaminess. The taste follows the aromas, lots of orange citrus, along with a light touch of earthy muskiness. The bitterness is light to moderate. The beer drinks quite smooth, with soft carbonation.
