Bauhaus Wonderstuff

This is a 5.4% ABV "neu" Bohemian pilsner. It is from Bauhaus Brew Labs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. 

The beer pours a lightly hazed golden in color. There is over an inch of white, foaming head. The aroma is bright, citrus, bread dough, with a touch of hay. The taste follows the aromas, bread dough, bright, citrus, with some hay, straw and grass. The finish is dry and moderately bitter. The beer drinks easy, but crisply carbonated. This is a pleasure to drink.
