Goose Island Summer Hours Lager

This 4.5% ABV lager is from the Goose Island Beer Company of Chicago, Illinois (now owned by AB-InBev).

The beer pours a clear, deep golden. There is an inch of white, foamy head. The aroma is crackery malt, straw, with a clean, grassy finish. The taste follows the aromas, clean, malty, soda crackers, straw, with a moderate grassy bitterness. The beer drinks crisp and refreshing. This is a very well done lager.
