Exile Merlin's Mist

This 6.1% ABV New England style IPA is from the Exile Brewing Company  of Des Moines, Iowa. It is made with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops.

The beer pours a hazy, nearly cloudy, lemon yellow. There is a short head of white foam. The aroma is citrus, melon, and tropical, with mango and light guava. The taste follows the aromas, this is a tropical fruit delight. The finish is dry, with a light to moderate bitterness. The beer drinks very easy, quite light. It is almost watery, but with great flavor. This is enjoyable.
