Dogfish Head Flesh & Blood IPA

The Dogfish Head Brewery is in Milton, Delaware. This 7.5% ABV India Pale ale is brewed with orange peel, lemon flesh, and blood orange juice. 

The beer pours a very dark copper in color, orange tinted. There is an inch of very light tan head, but not long-lasting. The aroma is fruity, citrus, with a bit of passion fruit. The taste is full of citrus, juice, pith, peel. The finish is bitter in a citrus peel type of way. The beer drinks smooth with tingling carbonation.
